Take a break and get moving! Join students, faculty, and staff for Walk for Wellness, a refreshing mid-day walk along the Royal Mile on campus every Friday at 12:15 pm. Please meet on the DeNaples Patio at 12:15 p.m. (or inside the Byron Gym in case of inclement weather). It’s a great way to boost your mood, connect with others, and prioritize your well-being!
