Bill Gaughan is a University of Scranton grad, recieving his undergrad, masters, and Administrative Principal Certificate here. He went on to teach American Government locally, and has spent years dedicated to public service. He has experience as an equal opportunity specialist on the City of Scranton's Office of Economic and Community Development, on Scranton City Council (where he served as president), as Public Works chairperson, and now as county commissioner.
